Privacy Policy

Heli Catch ("the game") is an arcade game published by Chaptra. This policy explains what data the game handles and why.
In short: there are no accounts. Your progress stays on your phone. The only data that leaves it is what Google AdMob uses to show the optional rewarded ads, and you can limit that.
What stays on your phone
Your best score, coins, unlocked helicopters, baskets and cities, missions, daily progress, game statistics and settings are saved only on your phone. We don't have a server that receives them, and they are deleted when you uninstall the game.
Ads (Google AdMob)
Heli Catch shows rewarded ads only, and only when you choose to watch one (to continue a run or to double the coins you won). Ads are served by Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC (Google Ireland Limited in the EEA and UK). To serve and measure ads and to prevent fraud, the AdMob software in the game may collect:
- your device's advertising ID (or an app-scoped ID if the advertising ID is unavailable or deleted);
- your IP address, which can be used to estimate your approximate location (country or city);
- device and app information such as phone model, operating system, language, and app version;
- ad interactions (for example, which ads were shown and whether you watched them to the end);
- diagnostic data such as crash logs and performance information about the ad software.
Google processes this data under its own policies. See How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.
Your choices about ads
- Consent (EEA, UK and Switzerland): the first time you open the game, Google's consent form asks whether ads may use your data for personalisation. You can change your answer at any time in Settings → Privacy choices.
- Personalised ads: on Android, open Settings → Google → Ads (or Settings → Privacy → Ads) to delete or reset your advertising ID. Ads after that are not personalised with it.
- No ads at all: just don't tap "Watch ad". The game is fully playable without ever watching one.
Sharing your score
When you tap "Challenge a friend", the game makes a picture of your score card and opens your phone's share sheet, so you decide where it goes. The challenge code in it contains only the game mode, the city, a course number and your score. It contains nothing about you or your phone.
What we don't do
- No accounts and no sign-in. We never ask for your name, email or phone number.
- No analytics or tracking tools of our own, and no in-app purchases.
- We don't sell your data.
- We don't access your contacts, photos, camera, microphone or precise location. Tilt controls read your phone's motion sensor on the phone only.
Children
Heli Catch is intended for players aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child's data has been collected through the ads in the game, contact us and we will help to have it removed.
Deleting your data
Uninstalling the game deletes everything it saved on your phone. For data held by Google for ads, reset or delete your advertising ID as described above, or see Google's privacy controls at My Ad Center.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
